5. Candidate Obligations

- Misrepresentation or fraudulent submissions may lead to immediate removal from our services.
- Candidates are responsible for attending interviews, completing assessments, and following application processes professionally.
6. Fee Structure
- Manvya Career may charge Clients a service fee for successful placements.
- Fees are typically calculated as a percentage of the Candidate’s annual gross salary unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- For paid training programs, course fees are payable in full prior to enrollment.
7. Payment Terms
- Clients must pay all invoices within 15 days of Candidate’s joining date or service commencement, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Delayed payments may incur interest charges as per applicable law or agreed contract terms.
8. Guarantee & Refund Policy
- For permanent placements, a guarantee period of 30 to 90 days (as agreed) will apply.
- If a placed Candidate leaves or is terminated during this period, a one-time free replacement may be provided.
- Refunds will only be considered if a replacement is not possible and must be requested in writing.
9. Confidentiality
All personal, business, or proprietary information exchanged between Manvya Career, Clients, and Candidates must be kept strictly confidential.
No party shall disclose such data to third parties without prior written consent, unless legally required.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Manvya Career is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss, damages, or expenses resulting from job placements, course outcomes, or hiring decisions.
- Background checks are performed on a basic level unless otherwise agreed. Clients are advised to conduct additional verification.
11. Termination
- Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.
- All services rendered and obligations due before termination remain payable and enforceable.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Haryana, India.
